Sharro Jethu

Sharro has knowledge about and experience with the Dubai real estate market as (private) investor; she has done research into the different cycles of the Dubai real estate market in order to enhance the real estate investors awareness of save and profitable investments. Besides that, she completed the Real Estate Executive Program at the Heriot-Watt University Dubai with the focus on developing Real Estate developmental strategies.

Organizing working visits for the State Administration of Foreign Expert Affairs-China (Global Schouten the Netherlands) to stimulate the exchange of knowledge and innovative business development in the field of different areas, has provided her with an extensive experience in working in multi-cultural settings creating long lasting partnerships: she focuses on managing expectations of business partners.

Furthermore, she is an expert in guiding and training managers, directors and CEO’s in intercultural diversity settings, negotiations and advising on sustainability topics. While strategizing business opportunities she considers the environmental, social and governmental (ESG) impact of the business choices.

In the Netherlands, Sharro is the founder of Optimal Synergy BV, specializing in safeguarding quality in organisations, (www.opsyn.com) and of Clean Future Synergy (www.cleanfuture.eu) specialised in sustainability topics.
